Legends Development Partners LLC (“Legends,” “we” or “us”) is a land development and investment company based at 2510 Solway Road, Knoxville, Tennessee 37931. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through legendsdpcorp.com, our forms, and our email, phone and text message communications.
Information you give us. When you use our contact form or our land form, email us, call us or text us, we collect what you choose to provide. That can include your name, email address, phone number, the subject of your message and the message itself. The land form can also include the property location, approximate acreage, parcel ID, whether you are the owner or a broker, and an asking price.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We use it to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.
Cookies and third-party content. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers on this site today. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and our contact page shows an embedded Google Map, so Google may receive your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
